    The Sites, and all materials incorporated therein (including, but not limited to photographs, text, video, graphics, audio tracks and audiovisual material) are protected by copyright law, as well as by patent, trademark, trade secret and other rights that protect such content under the laws of the United States and other countries.  Nothing within the Sites may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, publicly performed, used in derivative works, transmitted or otherwise exploited in any way other than your personal, non-commercial, entertainment use on a single computer. No other uses of the Sites is permitted without the prior express permission of Spice.
